IMPLEMENTATION CHECKLIST

Please use this checklist as your guide to success 


Step 1 – Experiencing the NuCalm® System with your team

  • First, subscribe to the Solace Lifesciences updates to receive important notifications
  • Have team members who will be administering NuCalm read the Quick Start Guide
  • Have each team member watch the 19 minute NuCalm® Training Video and submit a confirmation
  • Let all team members including doctor(s) enjoy NuCalm® sessions  (35 minutes minimum – 45 minutes or more is ideal)
  • Submit an online Team Member Survey after each team member’s NuCalm session
  • Select two team members to be NuCalm Resident Experts (one front desk person and one assistant)
  • Call the Support Desk to schedule a 30 minute orientation call with the entire team

 

Step 2 – Introducing NuCalm® to your patients

  • Read the NuCalm® Patient Conversation document
  • Allow all team members to continue using NuCalm at least once a week (on-going)
  • Call the Support Desk to schedule a 20 minute call on how to introduce NuCalm to your patients
  • Print the custom NuCalm Display* and place in an acrylic stand at the front desk
  • Print the custom NuCalm Patient Screening Survey* and give to each patient at check in
  • Give each patient the NuCalm Patient Introduction** when they check in
  • Print the NuCalm® Patient Survey – front and back. Give to patients at front desk with the NuCalm Patient Introduction
  • Print NuCalm® Clinical Observations Surveys and keep them in the operatory or use the online form
  • Use a Patient Survey and Clinical Observations Survey for each NuCalm patient session you administer

      * These forms will be custom designed and emailed to  your office when you schedule your 20 minute orientation call
    ** You will receive printed high quality Patient Introductions in the mail shortly after your systems arrive

 

Step 3 – Using NuCalm® to build relationships

  • Download the NuCalm® Marketing Checklist
  • Call the Support Desk to schedule a 20 minute conference call with David Poole – VP of Marketing
  • Begin using NuCalm® on every restorative procedure over 30 minutes in length
  • Give a NuCalm Patient Postcard to every person you NuCalm (these will be mailed to you)
  • Review patient survey results with team members and discuss with NuCalm Support

 

Step 4 – Measure your progress and improve the process

  • Call the Support Desk to schedule a NuCalm® marketing conference call with David Poole
  • Develop NuCalm® marketing plan with assistance from David Poole
  • Launch and measure NuCalm® marketing plan
