This is a great book for a very specific niche industry that is typically overlooked. Growing a Dental (and medical) practice is difficult, particularly in this over-saturated market. Dentists graduate with a great sense of how to practice dentistry but limited business training. Even more limited are ideas on how to set your business apart. I liked this book because it told me not only what to do, but also how to do it. I have given it away to several of my friends who are also dentists!

Great action checklists for each chapter that i have been able to easily and quickly implement. Many excellent customer service ideas, strategies, and plans. I have been in practice for over 10 years and enjoy learning how to improve customer service. Highly recommend this book!

I am a new dentist and starting out as a new practice owner and I found this book to be very helpful. Taking small steps to produce big results is such a big part of starting out in a new practice and this book really help me to understand this concept. I am full of big ideas and big dreams for my new practiceand I want all my big ideas to be in place as of yesterday. It helped me to realize that it is going to be a lot of small steps to get all of my big dreams and Ideas accomplished. It was packed full of helpful ideas and small step action plans that I can implement immediately to make a difference in my practice. I found this book to be very helpful and I can't wait to share it with my team. I would recommend his book to any one who has been in practice for only a few short weeks like me or someone who has plenty of experience and is in need of fresh and innovative ideas.

This is a great book for any dentist looking to take their practice to the next level. Bryan includes some very simple yet powerful activities you can do with your team to imediatly begin making poitive changes in the way you do buisness. Worth every minute and every penny!

This is an exceptional book in helping everyone in every type of business who wants to do things better, more efficient and with less stress. This book is a great re-motivator for someone like myself who has run a business for 30 years and would be a great blueprint for someone just starting a business. The steps outlined are easy and fun to implement and will make everyone perform and feel better about their job. Your professional life will prosper and you will find yourself using "The Kaizen way" in your personal life as well.
